CUBELETS MOOD RING.
Brief
Design a new, easy to repair member of the Cubelets educational toy family, in the form of an illuminating light ring module that can attach to existing Cubelets toy blocks.
Story:
Modrobotics were seeking to develop a new illuminating module in their Cubelet family line, that produces a soft, diffused light through a transparent body. Challenges lay with the natural refraction of the transparent plastic casing, and finding ways to prevent light leaks through other areas. Encasing a compact, easy-to-replace PCB board, the Mood Ring displays an array of light animations on it’s top face.
