BRIEF:
Design a children’s high-chair with suitable style and functionality for the home which can grow with the child.
STORY:
The project undertaken addresses the aesthetic and ergonomic issues found by parents when using children’s high-chairs. The final concept combines an elegant aesthetic with fully adjustable functionality, improving the user experience for both the parent and child. It does not have to be stored away, it blends into the home as it’s own furniture piece. Mi-Chair represents a sophisticated and highly secure approach to modern day parenting.

However, many children’s furniture and appliances make this task more challenging due to their design issues. Reach access, freedom of movement and height restrictions are just a few of the current issues which a parent and child may encounter when using a high-chair.
